We ordered a kayak off them for my partners birthday and unfortunately in transit it was damaged.
Once we contacted them about this they were so professional and could not have helped us more.
And what’s more my partner didn’t have to wait for weeks to hit the water as it was solved so quickly!
You can see this business is taking off and no wonder with helpful staff like that.

"Bay Sports' website is the stand-out Australian kayak sales site. There's plenty of info on all the products, the purchasing processes are straightforward and post-order communication was excellent. Once my order was placed, it was quickly confirmed and a time-frame for delivery given. Delivery was also fast and with easy to use tracking.
The kayak is light enough to easily lift onto the back of a ute and its shape makes it easy to tie on firmly.
All-in-all, a great purchase!"

My experience with Bay Sports has been awesome. From the minute I purchased my 2 person Kayak online I was contacted by staff, letting me know that my order was being processed. I was then contacted again in regards to upgrading some components which was fantastic!

I bought my 5.1 m tandem Hug kayak online and it was delivered within days- well protected in plastic. It’s a great tandem kayak that has excellent stability and rudder control. At 36kg it needs a second person but the hullivator manages it well. Bay Sports were very good in regard to communication through the purchase and checking in after for any advice which was appreciated. Good value kayak for two people. Loving it!

"I recently purchased a 4.5m Dreamer Touring Kayak from Bay Kayaks and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I researched several suppliers and I found that the stringent testing of the product was paramount with Bay Kayaks. To top it off, what an unbelievable price which was way under their competitors. I live in Brisbane and it was shipped to me unmarked due to the professional packing used.

“Great little fishin yak! Brought the Volador Fishing Kayak, it was delivered to the doorstep (he braved the dogs), was wrapped and protected well and in top shape on arrival. Got it all unwrapped to find everything functional, spot on with that "new feel" and couldn't wait to get it out!
Took it out for a fish at a local reservoir and straight away was comfortable and impressed with the stability and practicality of all the features. Found it easily manoeuvrable through snags and drew very little water for its size but tracked strait with little effort. Although not the fastest little rig I'd comfortably paddle it all day at a steady pace, the little sacrifice in speed is made up in stability and practicality whilst fishing.
Overall cant wait to test it elsewhere and get amongst some fish and I'm stoked with the purchase! Cheers guys!"

Took the Mk3 surf ski out today. It's a very good product. Paddles well, turns well and very predictable on a wave. Gave a ride to a guy on a large surf ski. after a few waves, he told me that he was "sold". You may get another order from Perth soon.

We have been very happy with the kayak and it is a great way of getting to the more secluded beached around Manly. I’ve been paddling by myself or with one or both the kids and we all enjoy it very much. The kayak itself is good value for money and the extra proper seats are comfortable - a must really. We’ve used the standard backrest for my youngest in the middle seat and that too works well. We only have a short stroll to the water so the trolley comes in handy. One thing definitely on our wish list is a waterproof bag for beach towels and other stuff one might need on an excursion."
