• This is our main warehouse facility only, for Click and Collect orders. All products can be viewed online. You can purchase online and collect from this location. Unfortunately, due to staffing constraints, this location is no longer a showroom to view products prior to purchase.
• Please visit the office and bring confirmation of your order and identification with you. Our team will bring your order out for you. Please note we cannot tie down items or kayaks onto your car roof.
• Pick up's are times are between 9am - 4.30pm.

• This is a pick up warehouse facility. Most accessories are all stored at our main Sydney warehouse, as Bay Sport provide free shipping nationwide on accessory orders over $89 (refer to shipping information here). 
• In stock pickups require a minimum of 24 hrs from order placement to ensure your order is picked and packed ready for pick up on your scheduled collection day and time.
• For pick up you must have a job reference number in order to pick up from our Sumner warehouse. Your job reference number will be emailed to you by Bay Sports once the order has been booked and sent for processing. Once your order is picked by our warehouse, you will receive another email from our Freight Partner that your Bay Sports order is ready for pickup. You will be given a link to book your collection day and time. Please follow the link to schedule your pickup.
• Please visit the office and bring confirmation of your order, job reference number and identification with you. Our team will bring your order out for you. Please note we cannot tie down items or kayaks onto your car roof and you will need to take any packaging as we don’t have rubbish disposal onsite.
