Christmas Holiday Delivery Information

 Order cut off dates 2024/2025

Extended delays are expected during the peak season with carrier networks are higher than normal. Christmas order cut off dates will vary by location AND product. Please note these dates apply to items that are in stock at the time of purchasing at your closest warehouse.

  • NSW Pickups – Pickups until 24th December 9am-3pm. Pickups resume from 2nd January. Pickups via appointment only during the holiday period.
  • QLD Pickups - Pickups 23rd December 9am-1pm and 24th December 12pm to 5pm. Pickups resume from 3rd January.

DELIVERIES

  • Sydney Metro – delivering up until 24th December if not booked out prior. Deliveries via appointment only during the holiday period on days we are open and only if its possible. We do not guarantee this.
  • NSW all other areas, Guaranteed Christmas delivery 12th December, Deliveries resume from 2nd of January
  • Melbourne Metro - Guaranteed Christmas delivery 16th December, Deliveries resume from 2nd of January
  • VIC all other areas, Guaranteed Christmas delivery 12th December, Deliveries resume from 2nd of January

Christmas lodgement dates for deliveries within Australia. We are recommending all orders are lodged by the following dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas* as advised by our carriers:

Aus Parcel Post – 18th December 2024
Aus Express Post – 20th December 2024
* Excludes to and from WA & NT.
StarTrack Premium and Express - 20th December 2024

25th December Closed.

26th December Closed.

27th December Closed.

30th December Normal Working Hours.

31st December open until 3pm Mount Druitt, Sumner Closed.

1st January Closed.

2nd January onwards normal operations.

    ORDER DISPATCH AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

    Orders will still be packed throughout the holiday period that are not public holidays as per our open dates above.

    Extended delays are expected due to high volumes of freight within the transports network, so please be patient and expect delays. Your understanding of longer than normal delivery times, especially during Christmas periods, is greatly appreciated.

    • Delivery pricing? Our Shipping Calculator is on every product page, so you can easily and quickly see the cost of delivery to your post code. Simply select your State then put in your Suburb and select your Post Code, for real time Pick Up options and Delivery pricing.
    • Wanting to place an order? Unless the product says "PRE ORDER NOW", your item is in stock, as indicated by "+ ADD TO CART" shown on the screen.
