Christmas Holiday Delivery Information
CHRISTMAS ORDER CUT OFF DATES 2020
Extended delays are expected during the peak season with carrier networks at a unseasonably high backlog. Christmas order cut off dates will vary by location AND product. Please note these dates apply to items that are In Stock at the time of purchasing.
- NSW Pickups – Pickups until 24th December 1pm. Pickups via appointment only during the holiday period.
- NSW Metro – deliveries until 23rd December. Deliveries via appointment only during the holiday period.
- NSW all other areas, Guaranteed Christmas delivery closed, Deliveries resume from 4th of January
- VIC all areas, Guaranteed Christmas delivery closed, Deliveries resume from 4th of January
- QLD all areas, Guaranteed Christmas delivery closed , Deliveries resume from 4th of January
- TAS all areas, Guaranteed Christmas delivery closed , Deliveries resume from 4th of January
- WA all areas, Guaranteed Christmas delivery closed , Deliveries resume from 4th of January
- NT all areas, Guaranteed Christmas delivery closed , Deliveries resume from 4th of January
- SA all areas, Guaranteed Christmas delivery closed , Deliveries resume from 11th of January
OFFICE CLOSURE INFORMATION
Sales and Customer Service will be closed from 1pm on 24th December - 9am on 4th January.

ORDER DISPATCH AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders will still be dispatched throughout the holiday period. Due to the public holidays on Friday 25th, Saturday 26th, Monday 27th December & Friday 1st January, no delivery services will be operating to collect or dispatch orders during these times.
COVID has seen a tremendous increase in people purchasing physical goods rather than travel, and therefore extended delays are expected due to high volumes of freight within the transports network, so please be patient and expect delays. This is no normal year and your understanding of longer than normal delivery times, even during Christmas periods, is greatly appreciated.

- Wanting to place an order? Unless the product says "PRE ORDER NOW", your item is in stock, as indicated by "+ ADD TO CART" shown on the screen.
