This inflatable Drop Stitch kayak is faster, stiffer and stronger than any conventional air kayak. It can be easily transported in a compact bag. At just 14kgs, the material is much lighter than any double kayak on the market, whilst the boat shape is narrower and nevertheless provides more space. And with up to 8psi air pressure, so it is as stable and solid as a hard shell kayak.

Drop-Stitch Inflatable vs Regular Inflatable?

Whilst your average camping air matress is just that, Drop-Stitch inflatables like our KXone Slider range (and also our inflatable Stand Up Paddle Boards), contain millions of tough polyester threads that connect the top-to-bottom, and side walls of the kayak. This allows them to be inflated to high-pressures whilst giving them rock-hard rigidity and form.

I purchased the Kayak for my wife for Xmas. She loves it. It's easy to inflate with the supplied hand pump. It's stable in the water and easy to paddle around and glides through the water perfectly. The kayak is also very strong and we are not concerned at all about getting a hole in, the material is super strong that it is made of. Also the kayak is extremely rigid once pumped up, not flimsy alt all. The pack up to get it back in the back pack she had a little bit of trouble the first time to get the folding correct, now she can unpack and pack it up easily by herself. We also purchased later the set of trolley wheels so she can tow it down to the water and back by herself. It is a decent sized pack when folded away in the back pack but still far smaller than having a kayak always strapped to the roof of your car. Bay Sports were awesome to deal with, postage turned up quicker than I expected. Would recommend this product and company. The pictures are my nephew in the Kayak.
